Your quite correct, accounts for a Ltd company do indeed have to be filed 9 months following it's financial year end. Failure to do so results in a penalty being suffere.

If we are being taken over and new owners are involved is it their job or the old owners to do the accounts for this year? this may be the reason for the delay in announcing any takeover because there is loose ends like this to be tied up

The last time wilkinson said the club was not in a financial black hole sounds to me like the club is full of rubbish as normal it's about time the fans know the truth or the fans won't be interested any more. There what generates the clubs income keep lowing and deceiving them will only go against them. This is reason I have fell out with club because they don't care how us supporters feel. At the end of day if they don't care about us fans why should we stay loyal. It's hard for me to criticise the club but seen it for years and totally fed up with the crap club tell us. This club don't care even to those fans that stay loyal it's about time they woke up otherwise they will push supporters away

Nothing to do with the owners and everything to do with the finance staff. Just because a takeover is happening doesn't mean that the club's accounts cannot be sorted out - particularly when last year's accounts won't deal with any new investment.

Had quite a long conversation with someone at the club in the past week about some sponsorship for the Foundation for next year. Was told that what is happening is now a given and is a case of fine tuning the dots on I's and crosses on T's.



Personally can't wait to see what the club can achieve with a professional back room staff from top to bottom rather than making do with under qualified staff in various positions. My personal hope is they bring in someone to run the whole thing with no ties to current staff who can run the club as a business rather than an amature sports team with a professional name,

I have been informed by someone inside the club that Simms will be gone and that the club is not being taken over but there is investment from three parties.My guess is that all the debts that have been accrued over time will have to be sorted before any announcements and we can start afresh.these investors will want to make sure their money is being spent wisely and not going to pay off debts

I suggest if we have new investors they better get a move on? No players, no season tickets & if we are not careful very little support.
