I'd imagine the stress for SM must be immense considering the extra money the club have spent on new players, the fans higher expectations and it and it being built up to be an historical last year at the Willows. Further to this it's such an important year for the club with franchises at stake and moving to the new stadium next year. Add to this the personal abuse he's endured recently from fans and he must feel like he's got the weight of the world on his shoulders with injuries and tough Wigan and Leeds fixtures just around the corner.
