which is why england should play the "Other nationalities" and france play england 'A'...that way everyone gets a good,solid hit out..england get a more intense fixture and france get more of a chance of winning..or at least it being a competitive game...

I still think you should only play tests against teams no higher or lower than two places above or below you in the World Rankings. This way there is a motiv to play, to progress through the rankings and 'test' (remember that word!) against the best. Ok, France would play England and probably lose, but then they would play teams ranked lower and compete and improve.

No, please check my previous posts about what fixtures I think should take place regarding France. I also think the FRL should be trying to get fixtures against the likes of Tonga, Samoa, Fiji and PNG.

FRANCE v ,wales,scotland,ireland and eng 'A'...would be worth watching and be very competitive game just what those nations need....these countries would still get to play against england..just not mid season



ENGLAND v Other nationalities would be worth watching,intense,competitve and the damn near closest thing england players will ever get to kind of battles australian player get during state of origin....hell half the players in the othernationalities team would still be playing origin and for the kangaroos if they still played down under!



in fact i've sold it to myself...if we are ever going to beat the aussies then we need a series against the 'Other nationalities" asap!!!
