I emailed them on Tuesday, and got a response yesterday saying that they had been re-printed there and then and would be sent out first class. I'm fully expecting an envelope when i get home from work tonight. We shall see.....

I haven't managed to get through to the rlwc line in 2 days so finally called the hudds stadium ticket office just now. They have traced our tickets, established that they haven't been printed and reprinted them to post out tonight. Wish I'd done that in the first place.

It doesn't seem like you won't get them unless you contact them though.

I rang 4 weeks ago when all my other tickets turned up together and was told that the tickets were being printed separately by Ticketmaster and would arrive in the next couple of weeks, which sounded strange but I accepted this as there was still plenty of time to the game.
As they had still not arrived I rang the RFL again on Tuesday and was told that the problem is down to an issue with Ticketmaster and a batch of tickets they printed on 28th August. An investigation has revealed that due to an "IT glitch" some tickets were not printed, but they didn't seem to know which ones.
Purely because I rang, my tickets will be re-ordered and printed this week and (allegedly) will arrive by Monday at the very latest.
They clearly do not know who has been affected so I advise people to ring, however long it takes to get through.
As well as my tickets (assuming they arrive) I will be taking my original email receipt to the game - just in case there is a problem on the day with duplicate tickets etc.
