So what sort of average crowd are you expecting next season mick?

Bradford City have 10,200 season ticket holders but as of late, they've only been getting 8,000 people to the games but still count the people who don't turn up hence the gate on Saturday vs Morecambe being still 10,500.



So with the 10,800 adult season passes plus the OAP's, U16's and U8's that weren't included in the 10,800 pledge figure I expect anything over 12,000 as the bench mark.



Then with games against Leeds, Hull FC, Wigan, St Helens, Hull KR etc we should see an average crowd next year at Odsal of at least 13,500 IMO.

depends on how the team perform, its alot easier not to turn up if you haven't paid much for the ticket.



Aslo in terms of long term sustainable, not sure how unless they are planning to make up the missing 250k+ a year through merchandise and food sales?



Not knocking it though, good initiative from a club that was at a bit of a crossroads in terms of fanbase.

that will turn the club around now with a minimum of 10,000 at odsal every week and perhaps 17,000 for the big games



odsal really needs 15,000 crowds to look good on TV and it looks like that will be a more regular occurance now



i hope the club keeps this going for a few years and aims for 15,000 +.



then down the track slowly put the prices up to gain extra revenue

However, the hard work is getting them to attend every game and then spend more money, on food, merchandising etc. If you have a season like last year it could be hard work.

Absolutely. An important part of the platform for the renaissance has been built, but it will count for little if results on the park do not improve. THAT part of the platform is of course still being built...

It's something a lot of clubs should have looked at. Fair play to Bradford. They had prepared their pre-season way before the end of SLXV, okay the team had had a poor year, but the marketing team must have been working flat out early.



I can see Bradford averaging 15k next year.
