If the RFL won't do anything about him then there needs to be a clear out at Red Hall too.

clear and intended contact to the head? not sure he had much choice, maybe a yellow? but in real time he had one look and it looked worse in real time than in slow motion replay

If he didn't send him off and put him on report instead you'd have a thread here moaning about Child not having the bottle to get the red card out.

As long as we see another half a dozen of those this weekend I heave no problem with it. There are probably 10 of those tackles every round.

Thought it was a really poor call. Most games would end 11 v 11 if some think that's a red.

Harsh decision based on what we see most weeks, but direct contact and first contact with head, player did not step him or was not slipping, red probably right decision.

Never a red.. If referees are being consistent. I'd be pretty annoyed if it had happened to my team as I think would any fan of any team saying it was the right decision.

Maybe a smidge on the harsh side but it's hardly a ridiculous decision. I can definitely see why Child has sent him off.

Well then there should be a dozen red cards every Round then, as there at least similar if not worse tackles.



TBF, people go on about a lack of consistency in refs, but one thing they are all consistent in, is cocking things up.
