So say a killer banner goes up at 10.30 on 30th November, who is going to come on and revote? Who is even going to come back in and have a look at the new one? How will they know there is a new one? It's like casting a vote in an election before all the candidates have announced they are standing.

Why not have the banners up but don't open the voting until the 31st?

IF George Burgess is going - 3 of the banners are wrong! We shouldn't be sponsoring a Souths player.....

But the proposal was that he'd be effectively on loan there anyway, for a bit of experience. It's all hypothetical, but he'd still effectively be a Bull, and what would be the problem?

Doesn't bother me too much to be honest in regards to the banner (FYI option 1 is my preferred version). It does wrankle with me a little that we may end up sponsoring a player on the other side of the world when we could be sponsoring (for example) Steve Crossley who will be pushing to break into the Bulls 17, rather than a player trying to earn a deal at Souths once his Bulls contract expires (in 1 year I think?).



Anyway - enough thread de-railment!

Given the Curse of the Banner - maybe we should make a point of featuring, instead of sponsored players, those that we want out of the door?
