I do not think that anyone ever questions Platts' spirit. His ability is a completely separate issue however.

All the best to the lad i hope he gets what he is after in France but i'm glad he's gone if the rumours of his of field habits are to believed. I also think he may not prove to be quite as good as he considers he is.

Anyone who falls out with their boss knows there is only going to be 1 winner. I think the lad has taken the right option to leave.
