What the hell is it with us being linked with players recovering from long term injuries?

MacNamara appears to have a thing about players who have potential that's unfulfilled, for what ever reason, and he thinks he can help them realise.

I've only ever seen him play wing, looked pretty good - blockbusting and pacy. Didn't know about the leg breaks though

Well they'd join a long list of Bulls players, including Sir James and Danny Peacock through Withers and Hape and on through the likes of Henderson who most commentators would regard as having had unfulfilled potential when they joined?

Was he that bad? I can't remember.

Bit mediocre and had a thing about poodles, but nowhere near the Zisti league.

Still got a year left on his Canberra contract, big, strong and VERY fast, plays both centre and wing.. but, Canberra are losing a few of there senior players (reluctantly) one of them being a centre, due to topping up younger players contracts, Carney being one of them.

He is very much a part of the Raiders long term future.
