Now with the Keighley vs Bradford game on Friday being confirmed as an Bradford Bulls U20's side I'd expect us to go with the starting 17 for the visit of the Catalans Dragons for this one.



Keith Lulia is expected to make his Bradford Bulls debut so it's going to interesting to see how both he and Purtell try and unlock a stern Hull FC defence.



On a side note our good friend Steve Ganson will be the man in the middle.

I'm guessing Sykes, Platt, Briggs, etc will be sent to Cougar Park.

Briggs will probably play at Hull as will Sykes and Platt. We're more likely to see Bateman, Murphy, Crookes, McAvoy etc.

Bulls fans moaning about refs already. Same old, same old.

Depends how we treat interchange bench. Last friendly we usually treat as a proper match and only have a 4 man bench. If we do that platt and Sykes won't get a look in and think Briggs is unlikely too. Provided sammuts visa comes through, if were looking at having a half on bench think he would get nod to get some match fitness. Although I don't think we'll put a half on bench and Briggs/sammut will be halves at keighley game.

I wouldn't take much notice of the RL site.



We're going to surely go with something close to our starting 17 for the Hull game. At the same time we are going to need to give game time to Lulia, Kear (assuming he is fit as was suggested), Pryce and Sammutt



That means, assuming fitness, we have the following backs Kearney. Ainscough, Platt, Sykes, Crookes, Kear, Pryce, Lulia, Purtell and Walker. We only need five for Hull, the other five can go to Keighley



Half backs, we have Sammut, Gale, Jeffries, Briggs - we only really need two for Hull, the other two can go to Keighley



Forwards: Hargreaves, L'Estrange, Diskin, O'Brien, Kopczak, Burgess, Scruton, Joseph, Donaldson, Sibbit, Bateman, Langley, Addy - we need probably 10 for Hull, the other 3 to Keighley



In short, we can field our starting 17 at Hull AND send a decent team to Keighley.

Sammut's still waiting for work permit clearance so may not figure. The UKBA computers are down or something along those lines, the same thing is holding up Witt's papers and he can't play for the Broncos until he's sorted.
