I heard this rumour a couple of weeks ago from one of the backroom staff.

Supposedly Nathan Brown and TP have had a bust up after TP had to go back to NZ a couple of times in the pre season to attend funerals of family members and missed a fair amount of traning.



NB not happy at the amount of time TP spent over there.



Seems to be a few issues with NB and some of the backroom guys as well but I've only heard one side of the story.

Also told that NB does not like or rate Nathan Ashe in the slightest so unlikely he will ever figure in his plans.

Puletua attended the funeral of his father. Not just any old family memnber. Dirty rumour.

However age and quality don't necessarily go hand in hand and, whilst you are always very keen to bag other Clubs with a different age demographic than Wigan's, many are less sure about the quality of Wigan's youth than you are.



You have to hope that they are good enough.

ive wondered about this kid, he was tipped as a superstar, butmade very few appearances and he's not a kid anymore. IMO if he was going to make it he'd have been featuring more by now or some other team would have picked him up

Not really a suprise if TP goes home. My my son is in the same class as TP, s son. He said the class had been making cards for him as he was going back to live in his own country and was suppose to be leaving last Friday.

I think he'll see the season out at least. He'd really drop us in it, if he left now. We'd have a job getting a quality replacement in half way through the season.

He always looked a very promising player indeed on his few appearances before his development was "Rush"ed last season. It'll be disappointing if his promise comes to nothing but that's always the risk with any youngster.
