I'm not too sure about the consent thing myself. Who's word do we have that she consented? Errrr well.... the players involved in the incident. To quote a famous line from a previous scandal "He would say that wouldn't he?" They're hardly likely to stand up and say they raped her are they, particularly given that they aren't even prepared to admit who they are.

A lad I went to school with had a similar situation in the past. A girl consented at a party while they were both drunk, he went up did the business, and then slipped off in the morning.
