Don't normally defend Wigan fan's but that is over-reacting. Barlow was questioning the allegation and allegation is all it is to us who were not there. Until we hear some hard facts or see for ourselves it appears as it is, either an accident or deliberate, because it resulted in a potentially serious injury and therefore put itself as an indecent open to discussion does not mean anyone who questions the means leaves themselves open to such a venomous retort.



Let the facts speak and if proved wrong Barlow is the type of chap to acknowledge this

Maybe a rethink is in order as to who is out of order ...

There will be a video of the incident and we must trust the RFL to act correctly.



The main thing is that the player appears to be o.k.

I know it's the same everwhere but I have to say, that when Joe Westerman was being carried from the field there was a sea of St. Helens fans applauding like their lives depended on it, applauding so the lad couldn't help but hear them, great sight.

It wasnt on report, and play continued for some time before ref stopped game.



I didnt see what happened, and neither did Cas fans near me. There was no big bruha from the Cas fans behind sticks, until later on when it became clear Westerman was seriously hurt. Then it appeared that they had decided there must have been a high shot or late hit, off someone.



It was not nice seeing Westerman appear to have an epileptic seizure on the pitch.

The coaches didnt see anything in it and joe seems to be ok

"Things like that do happen but you do lose a bit of focus. It is distracting and it makes you feel for the opposition.
