This is where in about two weeks time rhinoms will state categorically that Leeds were recently linked with signing Moi Moi by which time everyone has forgotten who started the rumour.

I am STILL waiting for Peter Sterling to recover from that broken arm and take up the Leeds contract.

The broken arm(?) was as nothing compared to the damaged ankle ligaments. Joe 'Chimpy' Busch said it was a career threatening injury. As it turned out he was mistaken and Sterling took out his second Rothman's medal the following season at Parramatta although a shoulder injury at the end of the season pretty much forced Sterling to hang up the boots shortly after.

Isn't the other Raynor, George the postie who went to the Hawks I think.
