Not too concerned by our slow start.

We will have to get through a tough few weeks with the present injury situation but this can have a positive effect later in the season. Players who have played fewer games could be fresher later in the year. Bradford in 2006 were near the bottom of the league around June IIRC, but injured players started returning later in the year and they finished the year as Champions after a great run of wins( cheating the salary cap helped aswell!).

Poor recruitment over the last two years is why we are in this position.

From what I saw there was some niggles in the tackle Ali got up and said something to Raleigh which he obviously took exception to and swung at Ali and missed by a country mile so the big fella retaliated.



God only knows what Ali said but it must have been something rather inflammatory to provoke such a raction.

Yes, there's been times in the past when we've lost several star players for games, but you'd be hard-pressed over the last few years to think of a time when three or four of our players have been out for several months at a time.
