Thats fair enough, as long as the players are not left out of the changes. Although i would also have to say that Buderus as assistant IMO would make a hug difference to McDermott.

| How can you say the coach would not make a difference, its time to freshen up the squad, that includes a cull of most of the senior players, I agree with the initial selection on this post, and my starting point would be the coaching staff. Bad attitude, fitness and motivation comes from the top !!
CUT DEEP, CUT NOW!

| Agree with Tad..... Buderus and JJB were the two best last night.
It was the worst possible decision to take off the former. What exactly was he thinking of ?
Makes me laugh on here when the blinkered idiots incapable of independent thought suggest we should have unquestioning unwavering support for the officially appointed management and coaching staff. The mantra that they obviously know better than forum contributers is incontrovertibly a crock of sh*t.
Sal is largely 99% right. McShane, Hardaker and others should be promoted with an eye on the future. The coach must be replaced....let Buderus (unofficially ) coach in the short term. He is the most dynamic and inspirational player we have....maybe that can be transcended into coaching.
I would question the decision to put Sinfield into the second row....agree he still has much to contribute but as a LF only. However Ablett and young Ward both demonstrate no one player should be indispensable.

| Some good points on the team restructuring, but before we maybe throw the baby out with the bathwater, perhaps we should remember that going in at half time it was anybodys game.
JJB does give 100% and that would maybe mitigate his daft moments and I personally wouldn't be too upset if his contract was extended.Too small for a prop though.
Buderus, as assistant coach is an interesting one, and I hope GH is looking at that option.
Those apart, we need top down change, and every player should be told that they are playing for their future.
Time for GH to weild the big stick!

| Keep Sinfield, Hall, McGuire, Clarkson and BJB.
Sign T Briscoe and Rangi chase and convert Hall to a centre

| Some good points raised above,
for me to re structure the management has to go first IMO. I would not trust the current management team to do the right things with the changes.
I was quite shocked at how much behind the top teams we are at the moment. There are plenty of big names who should go but probably will get new contracts on past glories.
On the list of players to get rid of I think from sal, would agree with most of it but for me I wouldn't be too upset with jjb staying and I personally think peacock is worth another year.
There needs to be some big changes from top to bottom but not sure if they will happen.

| I agree with Sal Paradise.
The remaining five members of the exclusive 'MAGNIFICENT SEVEN' club need to be shown the exit door.
I'll reserve judgement on 50% of the 'FANTASTIC FOUR' members who remain brittle both physically and defensively.

If something radical isn't done what has happened at Bradford will happen at Leeds. It will interesting to see how GH goes about selling season tickets on the back of resigning Senior, Kylie, Kirke etc.

| Quote Sal Paradise="Sal Paradise"My issue will JJB is against top sides he doesn't hit - he get driven back in the tackle too easy - I agree re his willingness but that isn't enough to compete anymore. He would be a casualty of the need for culture change
On Buderus he was amongst the best last night - but McShane will not develop if he doesn't get game time - something he seems to be getting less and less of.
I would make Buderus assistant coach next year and see how he goes - it can only be an improvement.'"
From what I've seem, mcshane looks a very very good player.
Where was he last night?
