Sinfield went to hospital after the game with his injury so that could well be it for him in a Leeds Rhinos shirt.

Incredibly sad if so....and it is the final nail in Leeds' coffin for 2015. I have enjoyed the footie this season ...let's hope we get that quality hooker signed up for next year.

It's disappointing if he can't play on as it was a tackle whilst kicking and he had both feet in the air. It's been said for a while at some point something bad will come of that kind of situation. There you go RFL. One of the games all time greats limps off maybe to not play again.

Seem to remember him struggling after taking a late hit off a kick in the playoff vs Catalans last year. Does seem a ploy by players, don't fly into a kicker and give away a penalty but just catch their leg slightly. Think Albert Kelly's injury that he had strapped up a Wembley came off an almost identical incident.

Reports are it's a bad dead leg, which may be painful but isn't serious. Drain a bit of blood and he should be fine for next week, if that's all it is.

Not always that straightforward. Wasn't the injury that saw him depart the 2010 WCC early a bad dead leg? He missed the next four weeks I think.

Whenever and Wherever hope Sir Kev closes his Rhino's and RL career on the pitch and not in the injury room .
