| Think ill have a Friday night to myself. Hate the CC anyway because it interferes with the end of the SL season and is an unwarrented distraction but I'm not paying £17 to see a match that is usually played at half the pace of a SL game.

| £17 seems a bit steep if you ask me.
I think they'll be a fair few including myself saying the same thing.

| Seriously though, They'll probably get 5 or 6k for this one. If they did like Hull KR and halved the prices then they could get 12k or so. It's certainly better for the players.

| Yeah, they'd improve the att. for the cc tie. But, in the same way bradford fans have baulked at paying full price after getting their season tickets on the cheap, I suspect it would ultimately have a negative impact on our ticket sales somewhere down the line.

| It's also up to the two clubs to agree the prices so you can't lay all the blame with the host club.

That was because it was a package for the league. In a 1 off cup match that, lets face it, not many people actually care too much about, the added price drop might be the incentive to make them go.

| Shows what holds this game back when it's "supporters" moan about paying £17 to watch an all Super League tie, and local derby at that.

Would have been a fantastic cup draw in pre-SL days which would have captured a lot of interest along with a very healthy attendance. Where did it all go wrong? You blame the supporters, I blame Super League.
