| I'm very happy for Briers. He's been our favourite panto villain for years, and he's getting a chance at Wembley at long last. It was nice when he dedicated it to his deceased brother too. Fari play to him.
And once again, Brian Noble fails when it counts aginast Tony Smith.

| Well done Wire - though the Pies were going to sneak it back for a short time but the Wolves did well to see it to the end.
Just goes to show what a decent coach can do.
So who doesn’t want Hudds to make it through tomorrow?

That shiocking not-forward-at-all pass for one of Wigan's in the second half. He was dead level with it. How he didn't give it is anyone's guess.

All Rhinos fans should want Saints to go through to the CC final. Then we can beat the stuffing out of them the week after the final and secure top spot in SL.
Congratulations to Warrington. Where next for Nobby?

Well played wolves!

| I'll want St Helens to win their semi final (as that will clearly be the best result for Leeds) but it won't stop me supporting Huddersfield during the game tomorrow.
I'll be hoping for a close tense arm wrestle either way.
Well done to Warrington today. I well remember the feeling of getting back to Wembley after a sixteen year wait in 1994 and it was the greatest feeling without winning a trophy.
Warrington's first final in nineteen years to look forward to will be quite something. Congratulations to them and especially their ex Leeds contingent.
On to the final and Warrington will be after their first Challenge Cup since the 1973/74 season. Tony Smith's first season in charge, a club waiting a lifetime inbetween dinks. It has a familiar feel to it.

Interesting that - when the Wigan forwards dominated in the first 20 minutes you never saw either Warrington half back as soon as Noble replaced Coley and Tomkins the Warrington forwards took control and that was that until Noble brought Coley back and hey presto no sight of the Warrington half backs - simple really half backs cannot operate behind a beaten set of forwards - touchee
