Must admit, I don't like excuses with refs, but I am really pished at these two been in charge for next two.



By contrast, I always really enjoy games ruled by Thaler, despite our two losses this year.

At least Alibert has the language barrier to cover for some of his complete lack of understanding.

I find games refereed by Uncle Albert to be very very funny. Not because of his almost total miscomprehension of the rules, but the way that he talks with a French / Northern English accent. It's hilarious.

If there were stats that showed how often referees go the the video ref when it's available to them I imagine Alibert would be near the bottom in percentage terms.



Ganson would be clear top.

Thaler is a quality ref. He was very good last week, given that he had to handle us spitting our dummies out because we were losing. South Stand were chanting "All we want is a decent referee" at one point, odd given that he didn't put a foot wrong by my count. They do love a good scapegoat t'old South Stand.



I think (tvoc?) that's only the 2nd time we've ever lost under Thaler too.
