| To recall BJB?
With the news of the injury to Watkins, and our other 'long term' injuries, as well as reported 'knocks' to Webby, Bailey, and Buderus, is it time to recall Ben Jones-Bishop?
If Webb is injured for friday, we would normally have had Watkins or Donald covering at full back. I dont know enough about the academy to suggest that we can promote one of the players to cover there, although I would suggest that BJB is the best option.
Added to this, with the supposed 'turmoil' at Harlequins, and the run of losses that cannot be doing BJB's confidence any good, is it time to bring him back?

| I think so. With Watkins out, he's the next most experienced replacement, unless I've forgotten someone.

| No, BJB has been very poor since his arrival at Quins, not good enough for Leeds tbh.

| Brian Mc hailed his first game. He also got on the scoresheet against Melbourne and made a couple of excellent try scoring tackles against us.

| I think we have to seriously consider it. Our strength in depth is really being tested at the moment and I don't think it would hurt to have BJB as back up given we have other 1st teamers carrying knocks

| There seems to be some debate on other forums as to whether the contract between Leeds and Quins includes a recall clause.
Anyone recall seeing anything specific on this aspect? That would be the crux of any recall i would imagine.

Think you need to make your mind up, as on this thread, your comments indicate you think he would be a big loss to Harlequins, and is a good player!

I suspect he is joking and does not want you to take him back!

Do you not remember the 1st half - the half where Leeds broke the line so many times but never finished the chances off, part of that was to do with the full back? One tackle was when he tackled McGuire just short of the line. If he can bring McGuire down 1v1 from 10 metres out then well done to the lad.

I would have thought that any loan deal will have some sort of recall clause, even if it is that we have to give them so many weeks notice, after all it is a loan, not a transfer. Short term loans appear to have an almost immediate recall clause but with BJB being on a 'season long' loan it might be we have to give them notice.
