Red is not our colour, i've always wondered why we can never just reverse the home strip.... White or Black with alternate V would suit everyone!



I used to buy both home and away shirts every season, up until a couple of years ago when the away shirts became ridiculous colours and designs. To be honest now i dont even bother with the home shirt either, but thats simply because i cannot afford it (deposit on house to save for, wedding and all that)

All you need now is someone to marry you, and they are not allowed to be inflatable!

Poor choice of colour, as far too many of our opponents play in red, not a lot of thought gone into it, as with many others I would much prefer to see either a black or white shirt, the same design as the home shirt would have been fine.

Was just saying that t'other day, I'm pretty sure someone, somewhere could make a reasonable design reversing the 'traditional' colours of amber, black and white.

I was given to understand the colour is meant to be in keeping with the Heroes fundraiser promotional material. If so, and with everything else going on in the world today, I don't give a flying **** if we play in red especially as some clubs have already played in pink for charity and we've even had a shirt in Fev's 2 Blues and white.

The cause far outweighs any issues as petty as colour imo.

i just like to see use wear amber & black in derby games. Likewise at headlingley, but fear the away shirt might be worn there.

If that is the case then that's fair enough. If its due to the fact that nobody other than a directors wife can come up with a shirt design then thats another matter



Either way i still wont be buying it and would hazard a guess that others won't either, I would rather just give the 40 odd quid (or however much they are these days) to charity

No argument with any of that......in fact I'm probably too old fashioned to get drawn into a debate about what a strip looks like as opposed to who's in it.
