So he manages to get off a lot. Typical example - his unprovoked assault on Potts at the Shay. But there again, that is perfectly acceptable to the Leigh fans, no outrage about that, was there?



You have yet to see the other side of Sam. His constant unprofessional stirring on Social Networking sites. Wait until his contract is up for renewal. Suddenly the web is alive with rumours of SL clubs queuing up for him, rumours started by Sam himself. Funny how he turns them all down to stay in the Championship, isn't it. Oh sure, he has the talent to play at the top level but not the mentality!

I don't think it's a case of getting off a lot. There will always be incidents in games that get missed and we all can't believe it when we see it clear as day. Naturally that will result in certain incidents going unpunished. However there was a sizeable difference in their disciplinary records before this incident. Their records I agree shouldn't be the only indicator as to their discipline but it should certainly should be the most important one. And once again I will repeat myself, I personally have said and will say again I have taken issue with some of Sam's on field antics, when I don't think it is right, and the incidence you refer to would fit that. I can't speak for every leigh fan on that, but that is my view. The bottom line is whether we like it or agree with it, Dane's disciplinary record is far worse than sam's is.

And you will find that Sam did not have a fractured skull with internal bleeding as you posted within minutes of the game. A stupid post which led to some equally stupid posts by some of your people. You have never apologised for that.

In my humble opinion, it was a bad tackle and Dane got what he deserved. Interesting that in most cases in the match prior Sam off loaded in the tackle on this occasion he sh"t himself a good few seconds earlier.

I spoke to a professional Rugby League player, a friend of Danes (no, no one at Fax) and he said he thought Dane would get a long ban.

I'm glad Sam is ok, I started the thread re Sam wishing him well and then DICK Jones derailed it.
