We don't actually know what happened. Some may do, but perhaps they are wisely refraining from commenting on a public forum until the actual truth comes out. There are conflicting reports on the incident, and I think it best that we shouldn't apportion blame until the Police have concluded their investigations.



That said, I wish the injured fella a speedy and full recovery.

Totally agree TS! Lets wait and see what happens re the investigation, tbh who is to blame is nowhere near as important as a speedy recovery for this young lad.

Dave is a lad who I got to know through football originally. He's a nice lad and not the sort to cause trouble at all.

Just read about this in the local news. Here's hoping the lad makes a full recovery and the scumbags are caught and dealt with. Thoughts are with his family and friends at this worying time.

The lad is in good hands at the Walton Centre in Liverpool,one of the worlds top neuro hospitals.Get well soon mate.

I am a Fev supporter and wish the lad a full and speedy recovery.I am sure the Cheshire police will get to the bottom of it and if it turns out to be an assault, I hope the culprits are named, shamed then locked up for a long time and receive lifetime bans from attending any future match.Rest assured that genuine supporters of Fev who go week in week out, good times and bad, home and away are genuinly concerned about this incident.

Cheshire Police are certainly treating it seriously, apparently the area was sealed off yesterday (according to a post on the warrington board)
